M&G Real Estate are consulting on plans for a new part 7, part 12 storey office building and ground floor retail at St George’s House East on St George’s Road, Wimbledon.
There will also be environmentally sustainable measures incorporated into the building design, helping to improve air quality in Wimbledon town centre. The proposed development will significantly improve the street scene in this key location opposite Wimbledon train station.
