M&G Real Estate are proposing a new part 7, part 12 storey office building and ground floor retail at St George’s House East on St George’s Road, Wimbledon.

There will also be environmentally sustainable measures incorporated into the building design, helping to improve air quality in Wimbledon town centre. The proposed development will significantly improve the street scene in this key location opposite Wimbledon train station.

A planning application has now been submitted to Merton Council, who will carry out a statutory consultation before making a decision on whether to grant planning permission. You can view and comment on the application on the council's website here.
